The Rooms and wallpaper

Hello, we have finally made a decision and bought wallpaper.

The first room, where the ice cream window will be along with baked goods, jams and handmade items shall have......

The bright color is welcoming and has birds and fruit between the diamonds. SOO fitting.

The next room will be the childrens' room mixed with hand made items.  There will be a accent wall with this below

The monkeys add a child like whimsy to the 18th century pattern. One wall adds boldness and fun with out over taking the room.

The last room, and my favorite, will be the vintage room with small vintage furnishings, to vintage accessories and select clothes, This metallic wall paper below captures this vintage essence.

This room also will have the original wide plank pine boards exposed and finished!
A surprise for us under the other floor!

Well here is where we are, so photos to come as Mamie, Mom and I begin to paste.

See you all SOON?!

Wallpaper?

Mamie, Mom and myself took a look at some wallpaper today.  Three women trying to come to an agreement on decor can be dicey, but we have a few we ALL like.

 For the childrens' room

Now for the other 2 rooms, there was some heated discussion, LOL, but here are a couple we can ALL live with.............

This one is aqua and a silver metallic

Well, there will be some more meetings sooooo, we shall keep you posted on the  interior. ;) - Jenn et al

Demos and renos

Hello everyone, it has been MONTHS!  Renovations on the inside have begun.  Rick, myself, Mom and Dad began the demo in the kitchen. Hammers were flying and in 2 hours all was stripped.  Last week we had trees removed for the parking lot!  So much more to come.... but for now we are hoping t be open for May or June.

*All summer we painted. My excuse for the lack of blogging, for we all have full time jobs and then some. My dad was the most dedicated. Rick revamped and saved the barn windows. We worked on improving landscaping and tearing down an old metal shed.

Well the windows are going in a couple weeks... talk again soon?! - Jenn et al...

My husband Rick and my uncle have to do alot of repairs such as electrical and replacement windows. Need a furnace as well but all the duct work is there! My Dad is warming up to the idea more and more so hopefully next week we can make an offer! Stay tuned! Antiques, vintage, handmade and unique furnishings, decore, jewlery, fine arts and crafts will be our products! The adventure has begun!
